We're looking for a proactive B2B Appointment Setter to connect with commercial property managers, business owners, and decision-makers across the U.S. If you have a proven track record in outbound calling, communicate with confidence in English, and know how to turn conversations into qualified appointments, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule

• Monday to Saturday 12-4pm Medford, NJ; 20 hours per week / minimum 4 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach to B2B targets (commercial buildings, property managers, business owners) to spark interest in cleaning services
• Pitch commercial cleaning value propositions clearly and overcome initial objections professionally
• Schedule in-person site visits and quote appointments directly onto the business owner's calendar
• Log calling activity, responses, and appointment details accurately in a Google Sheet or CRM
• Follow up via text or secondary calls to confirm scheduled appointments

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. 
• Familiarity with US business culture and corporate phone etiquette (experience with regional markets like the East Coast/NJ is a plus)
• Comfortable managing daily outbound call volume metrics (approx. 40–75 calls per part-time shift)
• Ability to learn scripts quickly while remaining conversational and natural under pressure

Scope:

• Aligned with US business hours (Eastern Time Zone preferred)
• Direct hand-off system to the business owner for finalized closing
