LinkedIn Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented LinkedIn Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to help identify and engage highly qualified Intellectual Property (IP) Attorneys and Patent Agents. In this role, you'll use LinkedIn Recruiter Lite to source niche legal talent, conduct initial candidate qualification, and coordinate recruitment appointments.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IP Attorneys and Patent Agents using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
• Review candidate profiles to ensure they meet technical, legal, and practice area requirements
• Craft and send personalized outreach messages on behalf of the client
• Respond to candidate inquiries and coordinate recruitment appointments
• Track sourcing activity, candidate status, and scheduled meetings accurately
• Maintain organized records throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Proven years of recruiting experience in either an agency or in-house environment
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, or similar sourcing platforms
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate highly specialized candidate profiles
• Excellent written communication skills for professional candidate outreach
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision

• Other technical disciplines related to patent practice

What You'll Be Doing

• Work directly within the client's LinkedIn Recruiter Lite account
• Source highly specialized legal and technical professionals
• Qualify candidates based on technical background, legal credentials, and relevant practice areas
• Distinguish between specialties such as patent prosecution and patent litigation
• Ensure only well-qualified candidates are scheduled for recruitment conversations
