Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic, performance-driven Sales Support & Pipeline Specialist to accelerate their business development pipelines. This is a sales support and pipeline acceleration role, not a closer role. In this position, you will be strictly responsible for filling the calendar, conducting targeted outreach, qualifying prospects, and keeping deals moving forward efficiently. You will not be responsible for closing contracts, but rather for setting the stage for the Founder's success by maintaining robust CRM integrity and executing comprehensive pipeline management strategies.

Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling (Cold + Warm): Call outbound prospects generated via Apollo, LinkedIn engagement, website interactions, referrals, and paid lead forms; follow call scripts, handle objections professionally, and book qualified meetings directly onto the Founder’s calendar.
- Warm Lead Nurture: Call prospects who open multiple emails, visit the website repeatedly, engage on social media, or submit lead forms; re-engage stalled opportunities and move prospects from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) efficiently.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain total database integrity inside GoHighLevel; update opportunity stages, log thorough call notes, trigger automations when necessary, and ensure no lead is left untouched to maintain accurate reporting.
- Proposal & Contract Follow-Up: Follow up diligently on sent proposals, confirm contract signatures, answer basic process questions, and cleanly coordinate the onboarding handoff once deals are finalized.
Requirements
- Software Literacy: Direct hands-on experience working inside the GoHighLevel CRM platform and understanding basic CRM automation principles.
- Industry Experience: Professional experience working within a marketing agency environment or a background navigating heavily regulated consumer goods sectors.
- Outbound Execution: Proven track record handling outbound calling workflows, with the structural comfort to execute 50–100 calls per day.
- Communication & Engagement: Clear, confident communication skills with strong objection handling abilities and an organized, process-driven workflow.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Comfortable working directly with founders and fast-moving corporate leadership figures.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads terminology is highly preferred.
- Experience booking high-value discovery meetings for high-ticket corporate services ($5k–$20k/month retainers).
- Operations experience within compliance-sensitive or alternative consumer products operations.
- Practical familiarity operating with and executing compliance marketing language.
KPIs & Expectations
- Month 1-2 (Ramp Phase): Generate 25 Marketing Qualified Leads per week, secure 2 Sales Qualified Meetings per week, and support 2 Closed Deals a month.
- Month 3+: Generate 40 Marketing Qualified Leads per week, secure 15 booked meetings per month, and support 4 Closed Deals a month.
Compensation & Incentives
- Tier One Incentives: $100 bonus for 100 MQLs per month; $150 bonus for 8+ Sales Qualified Meetings per month; $250 bonus for 2 Closed Contracts per month (excluding self-service).
- Tier Two Incentives: $30 bonus per additional sales qualified meeting (after hitting 8 monthly); $175 bonus per additional closed contract (after hitting 2 monthly); $50 flat bonus for Self-Service Contracts.
