About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our team in a lead generation capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in insurance estimates and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers in a target geographic region
  • Present insurance estimate offerings in a clear, compelling manner
  • Qualify leads and capture relevant customer information
  • Build rapport with potential clients through professional communication
  • Meet or exceed daily call and lead generation targets
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Handle objections professionally and work toward resolution

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to make outbound sales calls confidently
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and call tracking software

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry
  • Experience working in a call center environment
