We’re seeking a versatile Marketing Expert to join our dynamic wellness business during an exciting period of growth and transformation. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our digital footprint, managing our membership platform, and supporting our mission to reach more people with life-changing spiritual and coaching services. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a meaningful, purpose-driven environment where your marketing expertise will directly contribute to helping others heal and grow. You’ll work closely with an experienced practitioner to build engaging content, manage online communities, and support the launch of new programs and publications including an upcoming book and workbook launch.

The business is at an exciting growth phase, transitioning from word-of-mouth referrals to a robust digital presence with membership programs and content creation. Schedule:
- Part-time (10-15 hours per week with growth potential)
- Monday - Friday, 2 hours per day during client business hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM NY Time
- Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize content on Kajabi platform, including membership areas and course materials
- Create compelling graphic designs using Canva following established branding guidelines
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline content creation and management
- Execute visual marketing strategies for upcoming book and workbook launches
- Edit videos using iMovie for podcast episodes and promotional content
- Upload and manage YouTube content to grow our video presence
- Write engaging show notes for podcast episodes and content summaries
- Support exciting rebranding initiatives and website updates
- Provide copy editing and create templates for marketing materials
- Manage social media presence with focus on Instagram growth and engagement
- Promote and market our signature Soul Star membership program
- Participate in client Zoom calls and provide administrative support
- Execute email marketing campaigns and membership outreach
- Deliver exceptional customer support that reflects our warm, caring values
Requirements
- Proven reliability and strong organizational skills with a focus on timely communication
- Proven hands-on experience with Kajabi platform (this is essential)
- Proficiency in using AI tools like Claude for content and marketing efficiency
- Strong proficiency in Canva for creating beautiful, on-brand designs
- Video editing experience, particularly with iMovie
- Knowledge of YouTube platform and content optimization
- Excellent written communication skills for content creation and copy editing
- Social media marketing experience with demonstrated Instagram growth
- Outstanding verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Mature, warm, and open personality that aligns with spiritual/wellness work
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with email marketing and membership platform management
- Comfort working in a spirituality-focused, heart-centered business environment
