Social Media Content Creator & Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand presence across all social platforms. This is a hands-on role responsible for planning, creating, editing, designing, posting, and engaging with our audience daily.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and takes initiative in turning ideas into high-performing content. You will play a critical role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting overall marketing objectives through strategic and consistent social media execution.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Utah-Mountain timezone with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Edit, design, and post content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop engaging graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, carousels, and other multimedia content
  • Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice and messaging
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely delivery of content

Brand Management & Consistency

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
  • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with broader marketing initiatives

Engagement & Community Management

  • Monitor engagement metrics (comments, DMs, shares, mentions)
  • Respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner
  • Foster community growth and strengthen audience relationships

Campaign Support & Growth Initiatives

  • Assist with social media campaigns tied to growth, engagement, and retention
  • Support product launches, promotions, and brand collaborations
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for optimization
  • Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and emerging tools

Organization & Execution

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Use scheduling tools and content calendars to ensure consistency
  • Proactively suggest improvements to social strategy and execution

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work, social content, and video editing (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED; PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS YOU HAVE MANAGED)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics

Must submit a portfolio showcasing design and social media work.
