Job Description
Step into an exciting role as a Virtual Assistant where you’ll be instrumental in streamlining operations for a dynamic construction and remodeling business. Working during US evening hours, you’ll manage crucial administrative functions that keep the business running smoothly. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm EST

Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails to ensure efficient communication flow
- Perform accurate data entry for construction project estimates
- Process and organize business-critical information
- Support administrative operations during US hours (6am-2pm)
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Assist with documentation and data analysis tasks
- Handle time-sensitive information with attention to detail
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency through systematic organization
- Schedule daily calendars, appointments, and conference calls with continued follow up as needed
- Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks Online
- Proven experience with email management and digital organization tools
- Familiarity with data entry processes and basic business software
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Comfortable working US evening hours
- Professional attitude with strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of business operations and administrative processes

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
