You’ll play a critical role in maintaining quality care standards across a healthcare network, ensuring compliance and supporting care teams through systematic outreach and documentation. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact patient care quality while collaborating with healthcare professionals in a mission-driven environment. You’ll serve as the vital link between management and care teams, helping uphold operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outreach calls to healthcare staff across approximately 20 care locations
- Verify completion of assigned care tasks and collect necessary documentation
- Maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets tracking compliance status and task completion
- Follow up with employees via email regarding mandatory training requirements and deadlines
- Monitor and report on daily operational compliance across multiple healthcare facilities
- Provide administrative support for training coordination and employee communications
- Document all interactions and findings in organized reporting systems
- Support quality assurance initiatives through systematic data collection and reporting
Requirements
- Healthcare background strongly preferred (ideally with nursing or medical administrative experience)
- HIPAA compliance knowledge and certification required
- Proficiency in Excel and data management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional healthcare interactions
- Experience with phone-based outreach and systematic follow-up processes
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and professional phone presence
- Bonus: Experience with VPN systems and healthcare software platforms
