Scope:

  • Work with your qualified database of 400 companies with complete contact information
  • Focus on converting leads to scheduled meetings
  • Support goal of improving current 5-10% appointment success rate
  • Collaborate with lead generation specialist for seamless prospect handoff

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make 100-150 outbound calls per day to qualified prospects
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and your sales team
  • Follow up on leads provided by the lead generation specialist
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions
  • Qualify prospects during initial conversations
  • Coordinate meeting schedules with your internal team

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B appointment setting and cold calling
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and call tracking
  • Understanding of rubber industry terminology and applications
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professional persistence
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple prospect conversations
