Job Description: You’ll be the voice that turns cold leads into warm opportunities. This isn’t about high-pressure sales—it’s about having genuine conversations, asking the right questions, and identifying prospects who are truly interested in real estate services. You’ll work with carefully curated lead lists, follow proven scripts, and focus solely on setting quality appointments that move the business forward. This role offers the perfect balance of structure and autonomy, with clear processes already in place to help you succeed from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to provided lead lists using established scripts
  • Qualify prospects through strategic questioning and active listening
  • Gather essential prospect information and document findings in the CRM system
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the business owner
  • Maintain detailed call records and follow-up notes for future reference
  • Provide regular updates on call activity, conversion rates, and appointment outcomes
  • Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and maintain engagement
  • Work within company-provided phone systems and real estate industry compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or appointment setting roles
  • Strong phone presence and natural conversation skills
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining authentic, engaging dialogue
  • Experience working with CRM systems (real estate CRM experience is a bonus)
  • Self-motivated work style with ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional phone calls
  • Bonus if you have experience in real estate lead generation or property-related industries
