Availability
- 20 hrs/week (flexible, must overlap with Sydney time 10am–6pm AEST).

Role Overview:
This is a detail-oriented and highly organised support role — perfect for someone who loves structure, lists, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll manage admin tasks, client communication, product orders, and course setup to free up the founder’s time for high-level work.
Key Responsibilities
Admin & Client Support
- Send student enrolment forms, welcome emails, and after-training follow-ups.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and basic client DMs.
- Maintain student CRM/tracker (dates, payments, certificates).
- Create and send digital certificates to graduates.
- Help manage email inboxes and customer enquiries.
E-Commerce & Product Management
- Update Shopify product listings (descriptions, photos, pricing, stock).
- Track retail & wholesale product orders and inventory.
- Coordinate order fulfilment — print labels, track parcels, follow up on delays.
- Collect client feedback and reviews for social proof.
Systems & Organisation
- Upload course content, templates, and videos to Thinkific.
- Create and update SOPs (checklists for recurring tasks).
- Manage calendars (bookings, training dates, content days).
- Track weekly sales, expenses, and inventory in Google Sheets.
- Create and manage a Facebook group for past students.
- Support automation setup (Flodesk, Calendly, Shopify).
- Help with launching course
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in administrative, operations, or e-commerce support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Shopify, and Canva.
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Experience with Thinkific or similar learning platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on tasks.
