About the Role
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be the glue between candidates, recruiters, and clients—keeping everything moving, everyone informed, and every detail on point. From job posting to onboarding, you’ll help deliver a smooth, seamless hiring experience for every candidate and team involved.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a fast-moving, detail-driven professional who thrives in a virtual workspace. You might be the one if:
- You have experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- You’re organized, efficient, and great at managing priorities
- You’re confident talking to candidates, recruiters, and clients
- You’re tech-savvy and familiar with spreadsheets, trackers, and scheduling tools
- You work well independently and know how to solve problems without waiting for instructions
- You’re comfortable working as an independent contractor (you’ll manage your own taxes and benefits)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate client interviews and follow up on feedback.
- Send and clarify job offers to the selected candidate/s.
- Submit the Onboarding Endorsement Form (OEF) to the onboarding team.
- Ensure the accuracy of all documentation related to client contracts, job offers, and onboarding forms.
- Serve as the main point of contact for talent solutions, sales, and client services regarding recruitment-related queries.
- Be on top of interview scheduling and sending reminders to candidates for their interviews
- Admin tasks also involves monitoring the incoming interview requests, updating trackers and managing different chat spaces.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
