Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind a meaningful social media presence that directly impacts people’s mental health journey. This role combines creative content creation with purpose-driven community engagement, where your work will help build awareness and support for mental health topics. You’ll have creative freedom to generate fresh ideas while building a loyal, engaged following across TikTok and Instagram platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive social media engagement and community building across TikTok and Instagram
  • Plan, schedule, and create compelling social media content consistently
  • Generate creative content ideas and concepts that resonate with mental health audiences
  • Respond to comments and actively engage with community members
  • Conduct social media performance analysis and optimize content strategy
  • Create graphics, videos, and other visual content for posts
  • Repurpose and adapt content across different social media platforms
  • Develop email templates and supporting marketing materials
  • Support broader digital marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of social media marketing experience with proven results
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and engagement
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram platforms specifically
  • Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools
  • Excellent English communication skills for community engagement
  • Bonus if you have experience with mental health or wellness content
  • It helps if you have video editing skills and knowledge of social media analytics tools
