Job Description: You’ll be the operational backbone supporting a thriving fashion brand’s day-to-day operations. This role offers the perfect blend of customer service, data management, and wholesale operations – giving you exposure to multiple facets of e-commerce business while working with a team that understands the value of skilled virtual assistance. You’ll play a crucial role in enabling business growth by handling essential back-end operations that keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service inquiries related to online store orders and general support requests
- Process and manage purchase orders for wholesale retailers through various portal systems
- Perform data entry tasks in ERP systems and maintain accurate business spreadsheets
- Navigate and input data across multiple retailer portals and wholesale platforms
- Support back-end Shopify operations including order management and system maintenance
- Manage EDI processes and electronic data interchange requirements
- Coordinate with internal team on administrative tasks to support business expansion
- Maintain organized records and documentation for wholesale and retail operations
Requirements: You bring strong experience with Shopify platform operations, particularly back-end management and order processing. Experience with ERP systems and wholesale business processes is essential. Bonus if you have previous experience working with fashion brands or e-commerce businesses. It helps if you’re familiar with purchase order processing and retailer portal management. You have excellent English communication skills for customer service interactions and strong attention to detail for data entry work. Experience with spreadsheet management and administrative support is important
