Job Description
You’ll manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for a premium fragrance brand, driving measurable results across Google Ads and Meta platforms. Working directly with the client team, you’ll have full ownership of campaign strategy, budget management, and performance optimization. This role offers significant responsibility in managing advertising spend while working with beautiful products in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis for Google Ads campaigns
- Design and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and ROI
- Create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Set up and actively manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and ad sets
- Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Provide detailed analytics reports showing campaign performance and ROI insights
- Analyze conversion data and attribution to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness
- Collaborate directly with client team to understand business objectives and target audiences
- Stay current with platform updates, new features, and advertising best practices
- Scale successful campaigns and pause underperforming initiatives based on data
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with keyword research tools and competitive analysis platforms
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of budget management, bid strategies, and campaign scaling techniques
- Ability to create comprehensive performance reports and present insights clearly
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics platforms
- Experience working with e-commerce or retail advertising campaigns preferred
- Bonus if you have experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods advertising
- It helps if you have Google Ads or Meta advertising certifications
