About the Role:
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who speaks both tech and talent fluently — someone with solid experience in HubSpot and a sharp eye for top technical candidates. You’ll balance speed with quality, managing multiple roles while keeping both candidates and hiring managers aligned.
You’ll work closely with our Global Recruitment Director and collaborate with our Training Head on administrative matters. If you’re data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment, you’ll fit right in.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Recruiter, managing end-to-end hiring for tech or digital roles
- Proficient in using HubSpot for candidate tracking, communication, and pipeline management (experience with other ATS or CRM tools is an advantage)
- Strong sourcing background with proven success in identifying and engaging hard-to-find technical talent
- Clear and confident communicator who can build strong candidate relationships
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality
- Knowledge of IT, software development, or digital marketing roles preferred
