With 35 years of experience, they focus on supporting clients who may not qualify for traditional home loans—turning homeownership dreams into reality for underserved markets.

 

Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter who will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers. You’ll transform qualified leads into scheduled appointments while following proven scripts and processes. This role offers flexibility, comprehensive training, and performance-based incentives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads from real estate portals and social media channels
  • Conduct professional phone conversations with first-time homebuyers
  • Ask key financial qualification questions (income, debts, credit history)
  • Complete standardized qualification forms and manage accurate data entry
  • Schedule qualified appointments directly in the sales manager’s calendar
  • Use the company’s Evolve CRM system with integrated phone functionality
  • Maintain consultative, natural conversations while following proven scripts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality and conversion rates

 

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or phone-based sales
  • Comfortable discussing financial details professionally and empathetically
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Able to follow structured scripts while sounding natural
  • Bonus: Experience in financial services (mortgage, banking, or lending)
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems and home-buying or real estate processes
