As a Business Development (B2B Cold Caller), you’ll drive new business opportunities by connecting with commercial prospects and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, excels in cold outreach, and wants to play a key role in advancing renewable energy adoption.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outbound cold calls targeting commercial solar prospects
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads for the sales team using proven methods
- Set qualified appointments with decision-makers at commercial businesses
- Manage and update prospect data using Go High Level and Apollo platforms
- Focus on B2B commercial client acquisition and relationship building
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and engagement records
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality and conversion rates
- Achieve or exceed monthly lead and appointment targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and B2B lead generation with measurable results
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident, professional phone presence
- Persistent and resilient — you thrive on overcoming objections and closing opportunities
- Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools
- Bonus: Experience with Go High Level and Apollo platforms
- Advantageous: Background in solar, construction, or commercial services industries
