Our client is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Executive to support daily HR operations, payroll, HRMS updates, and recruitment coordination. You will work closely with the People Lead to ensure accurate HR data management, efficient payroll processing, and smooth employee lifecycle administration across all centers.

 

Responsibilities

• Support HR data management, updates, and configurations in JustLogin.
• Maintain accurate employee records across multiple entities and ensure data consistency.
• Handle leave and attendance tracking, ensuring proper reflection in JustLogin.
• Assist in job postings, applicant tracking, and interview coordination.
• Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
• Support preparation of contracts, addendums, and onboarding documentation.
• Support payroll data preparation, including checking unpaid leave, claims, and allowances.
• Ensure documentation and records comply with HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR initiatives, such as employee engagement projects, reporting, and data clean-up.
• Liaise with JustLogin support and vendors to resolve system-related queries.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the People Lead as required.

 

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR administrative or operations experience.
• Experience with JustLogin (HRMS) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and data management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with HR systems and remote tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
