Job Description

You’ll manage lead conversion across multiple channels, nurture prospects through sophisticated CRM automation, and help build lasting relationships with health-conscious clients seeking premium pilates experiences. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries across Instagram, email, and other digital channels
- Manage and nurture sales leads through the complete conversion funnel
- Utilize CRM automation (Archeta) to guide prospects from initial interest to membership
- Handle booking confirmations and manage customer onboarding sequences
- Convert intro offer participants into long-term members through strategic follow-up
- Support new studio launches and expansion initiatives
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards that reflect the premium brand positioning
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in service-based or wellness industries
- Strong written communication skills for professional email and social media interactions
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple communication channels
- Customer service excellence with attention to detail
- Comfortable working GMT timezone hours
- Familiarity with social media customer engagement preferred
