Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to play a crucial role in our global expansion efforts. You’ll be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients across multiple international markets, building comprehensive prospect databases that will fuel our growth. Responsibilities
- Research and identify companies that match specific targeting criteria such as company size, remote work policies, and industry focus
- Locate and compile contact information for key decision makers including C-level executives, operations leaders, and department heads
- Maintain accurate and organized prospect databases using Google Sheets and other client-provided tools
- Follow detailed research guidelines and meet daily lead generation targets based on your 4-hour work schedule
- Conduct market research across multiple countries and regions to support international expansion efforts
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for all prospect information collected
Requirements
- Proven experience with online research and lead generation activities
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and basic computer applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently while following specific guidelines and criteria
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional computer setup
- Excellent English proficiency for research and communication purposes
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
