Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage daily advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the founders to optimize performance, improve ROI, and identify new growth opportunities. This role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic decision-making, giving you the chance to make a direct impact on the brand’s success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize daily performance across marketing channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google, for UAE and Saudi Arabia markets
  • Conduct comprehensive daily analyses of ad spending, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness across all platforms
  • Identify underperforming ads for optimization or removal while spotting high-potential opportunities for increased investment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (e.g., credit card problems, policy violations, or delivery interruptions)
  • Execute new campaign setups and ad set configurations using creative assets provided by the team
  • Manage Amazon advertising operations, including keyword optimization, bid management, and performance tracking
  • Perform competitor analysis and monitor competitor targeting strategies across all sales channels
  • Evaluate and enhance product listings across e-commerce platforms to maximize conversion potential
  • Research emerging platforms, trends, and market opportunities to stay ahead of the curve
  • Generate detailed performance reports and analytics, providing actionable insights on campaign and platform performance
  • Execute strategic keyword research and A/B testing to continuously improve advertising effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Paid Advertising Specialist with expertise across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Strong background in Amazon advertising and e-commerce platform management
  • Demonstrated success in ROAS optimization and performance-based marketing analysis
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with strong attention to data interpretation
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and systematic campaign optimization
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace ecosystems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Experience managing advertising operations across multiple geographic markets preferred
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with measurable impact on business growth
