Job Description

In this dynamic role, you’ll be instrumental in strengthening newly established client relationships through detailed research and strategic communication preparation. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Hubspot CRM and Missive to gather, organize, and utilize valuable client information. This position offers the perfect blend of investigative work and communication drafting, allowing you to directly impact the success of client relationships while working alongside a professional, global team. The role provides flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work with an established US-based team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research on newly signed client organizations and their key personnel
  • Gather and organize relevant information from various online sources and company websites
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in Hubspot CRM
  • Create professional email drafts following established templates and procedures
  • Prepare engagement communications using the Missive platform
  • Follow structured workflows for post-signing customer engagement
  • Collaborate with US-based team members for quality assurance
  • Support the customer success team by maintaining organized research findings

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of virtual assistant experience
  • Strong English reading and writing abilities
  • Demonstrated experience with Hubspot CRM
  • Proven ability to conduct effective online research
  • Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established processes
  • Experience with collaborative platforms and shared workflows
  • Ability to work independently while following structured guidelines
  • Comfortable working in Pacific Time Zone business hours
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
