- Monday to Friday 9am - 4:30pm Marrickville, NSW
- Includes 30 minutes unpaid break (7 paid hours per day)
- Commissions will be provided for hitting targets

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Sales and Account Management Support Specialist to help grow our B2B trade business. You’ll own the end-to-end sales process: qualifying leads, closing deals, and
providing expert advice on our branded-merch production.
Responsibilities:
● Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email and website forms
● Process and manage quote requests through Deco Network and sales pipeline through Hubspot CRM
● Support Account Manager with overflow inquiries and follow-up communications
● Handle customer communications and relationship management
● Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
● Assist with quote preparation and processing
● Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business
● Collaborate with the account management team to ensure timely response to customer requests
Requirements:
● 2 + years experience in B2B sales or account management
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
● Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot experience preferred)
● Proficiency with quoting and invoicing systems (Deco network experience preferred)
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
● Ability to grasp technical production details and explain them simply
● Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow through
● Ability to align with Australian time zone
● Preferred: Knowledge of textile printing, decoration techniques, and apparel
merchandising
● Preferred: Understanding of B2B merchandise and promotional products industry
