Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership

  • Process and organize documentation using Xero accounting software
  • Support project estimation and programming using specialized construction management software
  • Assist with annual safety certification maintenance and documentation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives
  • Handle time-sensitive administrative tasks and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Support the maintenance of safety compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow
