#### Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to be the digital driving force behind an innovative premium gifting platform at its launch phase. You'll have the freedom to shape the brand's online presence across multiple channels while working with luxury Australian products. The role combines creative content creation, e-commerce management, and digital marketing strategy, offering the perfect blend of creative and technical challenges. As an early team member, you'll have significant input into the brand's digital strategy and the opportunity to grow with the company as it expands across Australia.
#### Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram and Facebook that align with the brand's premium positioning
- Create engaging content calendars and manage posting schedules across all digital channels
- Build and optimize the Shopify store experience, including product uploads, descriptions, and ongoing maintenance
- Design digital marketing collateral and create compelling social media content that reflects the brand's luxury positioning
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including lead generation strategies
- Set up and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms
- Assist with digital inventory management and product documentation
- Create promotional materials and digital assets for special campaigns
- Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and execute content strategy
- Contribute creative ideas for brand growth and digital presence enhancement
#### Requirements
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Proven track record with Shopify platform management and e-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices
- Basic design capabilities and familiarity with digital design tools
- Experience creating and managing digital content for premium or luxury brands
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with luxury or premium brand marketing highly valued
- Ability to commit to 20 hours per week consistently
- Comfortable with a dynamic startup environment and evolving responsibilities
- Located in or able to work effectively with Sydney, Australia timezone
