Workforce Admin Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Admin Support to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting in workforce management tasks, maintaining accurate staff records, productivity monitoring and review and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth client support in operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update staff schedules, shift rosters, and attendance records.
    Monitor workforce data, track productivity compliance, and generate reports for management.

  • Assist in leave management, timekeeping, and payroll processing support.
    Coordinate workforce-related communications, including adherence, productivity monitoring and notifications.

  • Collaborate on enhancing existing trackers to drive process improvements and provide better support to the client.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing files, and responding to inquiries.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

  • Provide administrative support for operations and workforce-related projects as needed.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in workforce administration, HR support, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Google Looker, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and workforce management tools. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, or payroll processing is a plus.

  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive staff information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with workforce management software (e.g., Workday, Kronos, SAP).

  • Background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a BPO or corporate setting is an advantage.
