Test Customer Service

Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 2:30 Las Vegas, Nevada USA (Pacific Time)
Scope:
  • Primarily email-based communication with customers

  • Possibility of expanding into Discord and in-game support in the future

  • Potential to transition to full-time based on business growth

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries primarily through email communication
  • Process tickets, returns, and issues related to merchandise
  • Manage redemption of codes and discounts for customers
  • Potentially engage with customers on Discord platform (future phase)
  • Assist with in-game support inquiries (future phase)
 

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Experience in e-commerce customer support
  • Interest in gaming and merchandise
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with email management systems
