Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to the Executive Team. This role requires strong multitasking skills to manage calendars, plan and execute events, oversee marketing-related activities, and handle administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is comfortable handling multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Partners, CEO, and Executive Team.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.


Event Planning, Coordination & Financial Management

  • Organize and execute internal events, including team-building activities, company celebrations, and management sessions.
  • Plan and coordinate external client events, such as office visits, networking functions, and team-building activities.
  • Handle logistics, venue coordination, catering, and other event-related needs.
  • Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Work with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.


Corporate Social Responsibility & Engagement Activities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the #BWCares CSR initiatives .
  • Organize employee engagement programs.


Marketing & Branding Coordination

  • Coordinate company photoshoots and other marketing-related events.
  • Liaise with the Digital Marketing team, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in branding initiatives such as merchandise production when needed.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in project management of events, including budgeting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate and professional.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and presentation tools.
  • Flexible and mobile—must be willing and readily able to visit onsite locations as needed.
  • Based in Metro Manila or Greater Manila Area.
