Recruitment Officer – US Healthcare
Summary:
We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to support full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles in the US market. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates, as well as assisting in client interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding—for various US healthcare roles.
🔹 Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and industry events to attract top talent.
🔹 Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through phone screenings, video interviews, and other assessments.
🔹 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing regular recruitment updates.
🔹 Client Interview Facilitation: Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate client interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients. This includes preparing both parties, managing logistics, and gathering feedback.
🔹 Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure proper documentation of the recruitment process.
🔹 Data & Market Insights: Assist the Senior Recruiter in tracking key recruitment metrics and gathering industry insights to refine strategies.
🔹 Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Excellent coordination and time-management abilities
✔ Experience in sourcing and candidate assessment
✔ Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
✔ Basic understanding of US healthcare recruitment trends
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
