What You’ll Do

• Find and engage both active and passive talent across multiple channels
• Screen profiles so recruiters only see the best fits
• Source ahead so recruiters never start from zero
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with business goals
• Track and improve sourcing metrics

What You Bring

• Experience running end-to-end global sourcing with ATS, CRMs, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong skills in pipeline management and reporting (Google Workspace, MS Office)
• Ability to juggle multiple requisitions without losing quality
• Resourcefulness in finding talent across both traditional and niche channels
• A data-driven mindset with a knack for talent insights
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting hiring needs
• Creative and proactive and able to think outside the box
• Comfortable sourcing from LinkedIn and social media, including participating on TikTok Live
