Outbound Sales Development Representative
Work Schedule: 40hrs per week, 9am - 6pm with 1 hour unpaid break | Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to mobile home park owners using provided prospect data and scripts
- Engage reluctant property owners in meaningful conversation to uncover property details, additional assets, and seller motivation
- Accurately capture all required seller information through the CRM intake process during each call
- Probe for undisclosed income streams and property features such as storage facilities, cell tower leases, or additional land
- Compile and send daily reports summarizing key interactions, data collected, and notable prospect insights
- Follow up with previously contacted prospects to maintain pipeline momentum
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound cold calling, preferably in real estate or property-related industries
- Demonstrated ability to handle frequent rejection and maintain composure with direct, no-nonsense prospects
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to identify and pursue unexpected leads within a conversation
- High level of attention to detail when capturing prospect information
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent call volume without close supervision
