Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the executive’s daily workflow by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with social media management.
You will help streamline operations, maintain organized communications, and support both administrative and digital initiatives while proactively anticipating business needs.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible during client business hours, CST
Work Arrangement: Remote
Responsibilities:
Executive & Calendar Management
- Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Schedule internal and external meetings while ensuring efficient time management
- Organize meeting logistics and prepare supporting materials as needed
Presentation & Administrative Support
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and meeting decks
- Prepare reports, meeting documents, and internal communication materials
- Handle follow-ups and administrative correspondence on behalf of the executive
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms
- Schedule and organize content to maintain a consistent online presence
- Support brand visibility through coordinated digital activity
Operational Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day executive operations
- Assist in maintaining organized workflows and communication channels
- Learn and adapt to internal systems and processes during onboarding
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media management and content scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- High attention to detail and professionalism in communication
Preferred:
- Previous experience supporting executives or business owners remotely
- Experience preparing professional presentations and executive materials
Scope & Engagement:
- Provide direct support to the business owner across administrative and digital functions
- Assist with executive coordination, presentations, and social media management
