Marketing Coordinator (AI-Enabled & Technical)

Join a growing leader in the built environment sector, helping scale a partnership-driven business that provides essential certifications to architects and designers. You will translate complex technical concepts into engaging content while managing events and high-level communications in a relationship-focused environment. This is a unique opportunity to leverage AI tools and specialized industry knowledge to drive operational growth and secure future leadership roles.

Schedule: 40 hours per week; 4-hour daily overlap with UK business hours required

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social media content that clearly communicates complex technical certification concepts
  • Write educational articles and content to help partners and clients understand certification processes
  • Conduct research on companies in the built environment sector (architects, designers, acoustic providers)
  • Handle partnership-focused email communications with clients and industry professionals
  • Organize and coordinate industry events and partner gatherings
  • Plan and manage webinars, including attendee follow-up and lead nurturing processes
  • Participate in live webinars to answer questions and share resources in real-time
  • Schedule and coordinate calls between prospects and company leadership
  • Utilize established AI tools (Claude) with pre-built organizational frameworks and brand guidelines
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support business growth and operations
  • Prioritize daily tasks effectively and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage comprehensive content calendars and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Drive outreach strategies and coordination specifically tailored for new product launches.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance and articulate progress and hurdles clearly to the team.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation and operational speed.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with social media management and content creation (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Ability to learn complex subject matter quickly and explain it clearly
  • Comfortable with technology, webinar platforms, and AI tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Professional demeanor for client-facing interactions and live events
  • Bonus if you have experience in complex industries like healthcare, architecture, or technical fields
  • It helps if you have experience with event coordination or webinar management
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with B2B partnership marketing rather than traditional sales approaches
  • Experience: 3+ years in Digital Marketing (Content, Email, Analytics).
  • Seniority: A "take-charge" attitude with the ability to articulate tasks and demonstrate high-level accountability.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in various marketing platforms and project management software.
  • AI Savvy: High comfort level and practical experience using AI tools to assist in daily workflows.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues independently and bring solutions to the table.
