SEO Specialist

Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our organic growth strategy. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive rankings, increase qualified traffic, and continuously optimize performance based on data.

You’ll work closely with the business to align SEO efforts with overall growth goals.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm UK time with one hour of unpaid break 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO performance
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and key SEO metrics
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data
  • Manage link-building initiatives
  • Ensure site health, crawlability, and proper indexing
  • Stay up to date with algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a dedicated role
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge (site structure, indexing, structured data)
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Scope & Setup

  • Fully focused on SEO (no mixed/generalist role)
  • Work as an integrated part of the client’s team
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders on growth strategy
