Join a growing business focused on building strategic partnerships with small business owners across multiple U.S. states. The company is expanding its footprint by developing placement partnerships through a revenue-share model, starting in Florida with plans to grow into additional markets.
This role is central to driving expansion by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing new business partnerships.
Job Overview
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to closing agreements. You will engage laundromat owners, understand their business needs, and present partnership opportunities that align with their goals.
This role requires strong outbound sales experience, confidence in leading discovery conversations, and the ability to manage a structured pipeline while working independently.
Schedule: 40hrs per week, (Monday to Friday) 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify laundromat owners across target states
- Build and maintain prospect lists for outreach
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls and email campaigns
- Generate new business opportunities consistently
Sales & Client Engagement
- Lead discovery calls to understand prospect needs
- Present and explain the revenue-share partnership model
- Build rapport with small business owners
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
Pipeline Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreements
- Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress using Excel
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline
- Ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities
Reporting & Strategy Support
- Provide regular updates on outreach activity and conversion rates
- Share insights on pipeline performance and opportunities
- Collaborate with the business owner to refine messaging and strategies
- Support expansion efforts into new markets
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or outbound sales environments
- Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and lead discovery calls
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- High attention to detail in tracking leads and follow-ups
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Scope & Engagement:
- Target market: Florida initially, expanding to Tennessee and Georgia
- Direct collaboration with the business owner
