Inside Sales Associate (Real Estate ISA)
Job Overview
Join a high-energy team and play a pivotal role in expanding a growing property inventory. This position is a dedicated seller-side outreach role, offering a high-impact opportunity for a resilient sales professional to drive growth through strategic lead generation. As an ISA, you will be the front line of the sales process, identifying opportunities from expired listings and FSBOs to fuel the pipeline for three full-time agents.

Monday – Friday, 02:00 PM – 06:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct daily cold calling to expired listings and For Sale By Owners (FSBOs) to generate qualified leads.
- Appointment Setting: Book high-quality seller appointments for the team of three full-time agents.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate and overcome common real estate seller objections to build rapport and trust.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions in the company CRM (GoldTrail or KVCORE).
- Lead Nurturing: Consistently follow up with prospective sellers to ensure long-term conversion and inventory growth.
- Performance Reporting: Provide daily reports on call volume, connection rates, and appointments using the team’s established infrastructure.
- Team Integration: Collaborate with the ISA manager and participate in regular team meetings to review lead quality and feedback.
Requirements
- Real Estate Expertise: Demonstrated experience in real estate cold calling and outbound lead generation.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional English skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive speaking voice.
- Resilience: A high degree of resilience and the ability to maintain a positive, high-energy attitude despite frequent rejection.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with standard real estate CRM platforms and lead management software.
- Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during assigned shifts.
