Job Overview
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking transformative wellness solutions, playing a crucial role in converting inquiries into life-changing appointments. This isn’t your typical customer service role – you’ll be helping people navigate complex wellness journeys while building a rewarding career in the rapidly growing personalized healthcare industry. You’ll work directly with prospects who are ready to invest in their health transformation, making every conversation meaningful and impactful.
Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming phone calls and email inquiries into booked appointments and consultations
- Manage leads list and follow up strategically to maximize conversion rates
- Schedule clinical consultations, discovery calls, and wellness service appointments
- Collect deposits and process payments for high-value wellness packages
- Handle complex inquiries about customized wellness programs and regenerative treatments
- Maintain client records using MindBody CRM and Healthie EMR systems
- Respond to website inquiries and nurture prospects through the decision-making process
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless client experience
- Earn performance-based commissions on packages sold and consultation referrals
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with demonstrated ability to convert leads into bookings
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear, professional English
- Experience selling high-ticket, customized service packages or transformation programs
- Comfortable discussing health, wellness, and medical topics with prospective clients
- Bonus if you have wellness industry, longevity treatments, or medical spa experience
- It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems, particularly MindBody
- Experience with electronic medical record systems (Healthie EMR) is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and client management platforms beneficial
