Job Overview

You’ll own the entire sales pipeline from prospect identification to appointment booking for an innovative AI agency. This dual role combines research expertise with relationship building, giving you complete autonomy to build prospect databases and directly engage with business owners. You’ll develop comprehensive sales skills while working with breakthrough AI solutions that are transforming the small business landscape.

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day) Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm Time zone in Toronto, ON

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto)

Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists of local Toronto-area businesses
  • Generate qualified leads through various online sources and databases
  • Make strategic outbound calls using provided scripts and proven frameworks
  • Present AI conversation services and website development solutions compellingly
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with qualified business owners
  • Maintain comprehensive records of lead generation activities and call outcomes
  • Achieve targets of 2-5 qualified appointments per day from self-generated leads
  • Manage the complete prospect journey from identification to appointment booking

Requirements

  • Experience in both lead generation and cold calling activities
  • Proficiency in online research and database building techniques
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems or sales tools
  • It helps if you’re familiar with B2B research methodologies
  • Experience in technology or AI-related industries is a plus
