Working with high-quality footage shot on professional Sony cameras, you will create 90-second to 3-minute videos that air on a growing broadcast network. Responsibilities

• Edit community spotlight videos ranging from 90 seconds to 3 minutes showcasing local businesses
• Work with professional-grade footage shot on Sony FX3s and A6600 cameras in S-log format
• Deliver polished content that airs on the company’s broadcast network reaching school districts
• Collaborate with the in-house production team to manage increasing video editing workload
• Support the creation of local business explainer videos that drive community engagement
• Maintain consistent quality standards for content representing local businesses professionally
• Manage workflow efficiently to meet broadcast deadlines and client expectations
• Contribute to streamlined editing processes supporting rapid company growth

Requirements

• Solid experience with video editing software and professional workflows
• Comfortable working with high-quality camera footage and S-log format
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing capabilities and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection for seamless remote collaboration
• Ability to work during Eastern Time zone hours
• Bonus: experience with community-focused content, local business marketing, or broadcast standards

Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
