Responsibilities:
- Build and compile online course content using platforms like Thinkific, integrating written materials with video content
- Edit videos for course modules, including footage of resort operations and educational content
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns for the large existing email list using seven-touch sequences
- Develop social media content by creating clips from course videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
- Handle customer service inquiries for retreat bookings, answering repetitive questions and qualifying leads
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel to schedule calls with the business owner for final closing
- Market the online course across multiple digital channels once launched
- Support both retreat marketing and course marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Experience with course building platforms, particularly Thinkific or similar LMS systems
- Video editing skills with ability to create professional educational content
- Email marketing experience with automation and sequence campaigns
- Social media content creation and marketing experience
- Customer service and lead qualification capabilities
- Marketing experience, preferably in travel, leisure, or hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project types simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions
Scope:
- Hybrid role combining technical course creation with ongoing marketing and customer support
- Initial focus on course development and launch, transitioning to ongoing marketing and support
- Work closely with business owner to understand vision and execute across multiple business areas
- Manage both B2C retreat inquiries and B2B course marketing initiatives
