Job Overview
You’ll be the architect of our social media strategy, transforming a proven but traditionally-sold software solution into a digital marketing powerhouse. This isn’t about vanity metrics – you’ll own the entire funnel from social visibility to direct sales conversion. You’ll work with a founder who has 20+ years of sales experience and has already proven the product-market fit. Your mission: scale their “Amish tech company” approach into a modern, automated lead generation machine that drives real revenue.

Responsibilities
-Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn with a direct sales focus

-Create high-converting content including posts, reels, captions, and visual assets that drive prospects to purchase
-Transform weekly webinar content into powerful social media assets (reels, posts, YouTube content)
-Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, strategic posting across all platforms
-Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and community engagement to build qualified connections
-Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns including lookalike audiences and retargeting funnels
-Respond to inquiries and messages across platforms to nurture leads through the sales process
-Provide detailed performance reporting focused on conversions, lead quality, and revenue attribution
-Join relevant industry groups and communities to increase brand visibility and generate leads
-Collaborate with founder to align social strategy with proven sales messaging and value propositions

Requirements
-Proven experience in social media marketing with demonstrated lead generation and conversion results

-Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising platforms and best practices
-Experience creating sales-focused content that drives direct conversions, not just engagement
-Proficiency with paid advertising strategies including audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion -optimization
-Ability to repurpose long-form content (webinars, presentations) into engaging social media assets
-Understanding of B2B sales funnels and how social media fits into the customer journey
-Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools to track ROI and conversion metrics
-Bonus if you have experience in fintech, real estate, or B2B software marketing
-Familiarity with community management and LinkedIn outreach strategies

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
