You’ll be the organizational backbone of a purpose-driven spiritual services business, managing the behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running smoothly. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative variety and meaningful work, supporting a team that helps people discover their spiritual gifts and find personal guidance. You’ll work directly with the business owner in a flexible, supportive environment where your organizational skills make a real impact on both the business and the clients it serves.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm Pacific

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize email communications, responding to inquiries using provided templates and routing information
  • Filter and evaluate potential podcast guests, coordinating interviews and managing related correspondence
  • Execute email marketing campaigns through Flowdesk, including content scheduling, audience segmentation, and automated sequences
  • Create basic graphics and email headers using Canva Professional to enhance communications
  • Coordinate scheduling for external podcast appearances and interview logistics
  • Conduct targeted web research to support various business initiatives and content development
  • Handle general administrative tasks that support daily operations and client service delivery
  • Maintain organized systems for ongoing events and seasonal campaign management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email management and administrative support roles
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, preferably Flowdesk
  • Basic graphic design skills and hands-on experience with Canva
  • Strong organizational abilities and excellent written communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling coordination and calendar management
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions while learning new tools quickly
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet
  • Bonus if you have experience in the wellness or spiritual services industry
  • It helps if you’re familiar with podcast production workflows and guest coordination
