Salesforce Solution Engineer

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST (Fredericksburg, Texas time)

Responsibilities

Provide management support in analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
Write solution designs based on discovered business use cases and work to ensure those solution designs fit within the ecosystem roadmap.
Project management of deliverables and development timelines to ensure proper expectations are maintained with internal teams.
Develop designed enhancements as part of the development team. The development will be completed in a sandbox, reviewed and tested by peers, and then deployed via Capado Tool.
Work with end users (managers) to develop any documentation or training of changes that may be needed.

Technical Requirements:

Advanced Salesforce Administration
Custom Objects and Lightning Layouts
Custom LWCs with APEX (if needed)
Advanced Flow Building for Process Automation (Screenflows or Automatic flows)
Custom Agentforce development if needed.
API & Web Services Integrations (Via flows and APEX if Possible)
