Role Overview
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and supporting the growth of the business by generating qualified appointments. The position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work proactively in a remote or office environment.

• Make cold calls to potential clients
  
• Follow up on leads
• Promote IT services including managed services, professional services, cyber security, networks, Microsoft 365, website development, and graphics designing
• Update customer database with call outcomes

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English
  
• Experience with telemarketing or sales
• Ability to use CRM software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to different sales scenarios
• Time management abilities
• Knowledge of IT services preferred
