Bookkeeper - QuickBooks
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour of unpaid break
- Long-term commitment expected
- Integration with client's QuickBooks and property management systems
- Coordination with external accounting firm as needed
Client Timezone: EST
- Perform monthly reconciliation through QuickBooks and property management software
- Handle data entry for invoices, receipts, and Amazon purchases
- Manage accounting and bookkeeping tasks currently handled in-house
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Support the business owner with various accounting duties as assigned
- Integrate with existing accounting firm for coordination on data entry tasks
Requirements
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Experience working with US-based companies
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work EST time zone hours
- Experience with data entry and financial reconciliation
