Sales Representative

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Eastern

Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth, taking ownership of the complete sales cycle from initial prospect contact to signed contracts. This isn’t about setting appointments – you’ll be closing deals and building lasting client relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own sales process while working with a team that values results and offers real earning potential through commission opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls with prospective clients across multiple service lines
  • Lead comprehensive sales meetings and presentations
  • Close deals and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Present marketing solutions tailored to client business needs
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures
  • Collaborate with marketing team to understand service capabilities

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of recent sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing sales deals (not just appointment setting)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions
  • Experience managing a complete sales pipeline independently
  • Comfortable with video conferencing and remote sales activities
  • Ability to understand and sell complex marketing services
  • Bonus if you have experience in marketing agency or B2B services sales
  • It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
