Cleaning Services Customer Support Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM US Pacific Daylight Time, 20hrs per week

About the client: The client owns a professional house/office cleaning business operating in Vancouver, Canada.
 
Job Description:
  • The primary role is to take inbound calls to book in cleaning appointments
  • Respond to email inquiries and send quotations based on services to be availed
  • Provide pricing and explain the coverage of the services offered
  • Arrange bookings
  • Send invoices
Tools: Excel, Google Drive, Square, Jobber, and Justcall phone system.
 
 

Requirements

  • Must have 2 years of experience in the cleaning services industry
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working in customer service
 
Technical Requirements (Laptop/Desktop) :
  • Windows OS Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation
  • Mac OS Processor: Intel i5 - 6th Generation
  • RAM: 8GB and up
  • Operating System: Windows 10/Catalina and Up Only
  • At least 25 Mbps Internet speed
