Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in the financial backbone of a fast-growing entertainment enterprise, ensuring every dollar is properly tracked and allocated across multiple high-energy locations. This backend role offers the flexibility to work on your schedule while contributing to the financial health of a business that brings joy to thousands of customers. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with the company as they expand, starting part-time and quickly scaling to full-time as operations increase.

Responsibilities:

• Enter daily deposits into QuickBooks with precision and attention to detail
• Verify revenue accuracy by reconciling bank deposits against point of sale reports
• Process and analyze financial reports from multiple point of sale software systems
• Ensure proper revenue allocation across 12 different entertainment facility locations
• Manage financial data flow for retail operations generating $30M in annual revenue
• Work with various web-based financial applications and reporting systems
• Support multi-location financial reconciliation and reporting processes
• Maintain accurate financial records for a rapidly expanding entertainment business

Requirements:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks bookkeeping software
• Familiarity with point of sale software systems and report processing
• Experience working with web-based financial applications
• Strong attention to detail for deposit verification and revenue tracking
• Ability to work independently on backend financial tasks with minimal supervision
• Bonus if you have experience with multi-location retail or entertainment business operations
• It helps if you’re comfortable managing financial data for high-volume businesses
