Real Estate Cold Caller (Lofty CRM experience)

Schedule: 

Tuesday to Friday, 5 hours per day between 10AM to 5PM EST

 

Commissions will be provided for meeting monthly targets

Job Description: You’ll be the voice of a successful real estate business, connecting with prospects to generate new opportunities and drive revenue growth. This role puts you at the center of lead conversion, working with warm and cold prospects through an established system that’s designed for your success. You’ll have the tools, leads, and support structure already in place, plus the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives as you help grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to warm and cold real estate leads using established scripts and processes
  • Manage and update prospect information in Lofty CRM system with accurate contact details and interaction notes
  • Utilize Lofty’s integrated dialer system for efficient call campaigns and lead follow-up
  • Process incoming leads that filter automatically into the CRM system from multiple sources
  • Support new agent attraction program initiatives and lead qualification processes
  • Track and report on call metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline development
  • Work toward established performance targets with clear goals and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with real estate team and lending partners to optimize lead conversion strategies

Requirements

  • Previous real estate industry experience required (cold calling, lead generation, or sales support)
  • Strong familiarity with Lofty CRM platform is required for this role
  • Proven track record in cold calling and phone-based lead generation
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and hit performance targets
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work
  • Bonus if you have experience with real estate lead nurturing and conversion processes
  • It helps if you’re familiar with real estate sales cycles and buyer/seller motivations
